Beautiful place love the camping i go here at least once year if not more
Really nice place for the whole family to enjoy and good places to fish and camp or just enjoy the nature as well.
Full hookups were nice, but we were in a rv spot that had hardly any shade. If possible you should book well ahead in order to get a shady spot. There was a laundry at the park, which was very convenient. The view of the lake was lovely, and was a great place for boating. Cabins and yurts were also available, and a shower house. There were corrals for horses, but again no shade. Overall, it is a great place to get away.
The camp volunteers are awesome. They do a great job keeping the grass mowed. We're always greeted with a smile and they truly want your camping experience to be a good one.
I would say this is one of the best lakes to go to as a state park my family had a great time here.The marina has a pontoon to rent but there just one to rent.
