The service was friendly, the food was okay. It tasted good but my onion rings were cold. I asked for easy ice and was given extra ice. I also did not get the limes in my drink I asked for.
Food is usually pretty good but the wait time is really out of hand. Seems to me the older people inside that work ruin the service as it obvious they hate there job. They never repeat your orders or up selling the customer which is required by all Sonics!!!
The food is always AMAZING. But the service?? I've been sitting here for 15 minutes clicking the button and no one has answered. Sometimes the car hops are rude. And we all know the rumors. If you're a patient person, I highly recommend. If not, don't bother.
It's one of the worst Sonic's I have ever been too. We eat here about Twice a quarter because it's the closest. Service is slow, and the kids inside play around to much. I wonder if this is why the service is so slow. I don't reamer my foot long being heated up by microwave. The owner of this place should really evaluate what goes on here. Sorry to be so ruff, but I do spend a lot of money here when we come here. I do feed a family of 8.
Ordered ice cream. Waited over 10 minutes. When we finally got our two ice creams they were melted and one had a hole in the bottom of the cup. Sent it back. The carhop came back after about two minutes with another cup under the one with a hole. He said he didn't want to make us wait again for the others in front of us now. Wow...just wow!
